Constance Jacques Saintiny, beloved mother, grandmother and friend, was called home by the Lord on Wednesday March 13, 2013 at the age of 84. She was born October 2, 1928 to Joseph Silencieux Jacques and Victoire Saint-Hillien Jacques in Haiti.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jean Jacques and Joseph Gerard Jacques; sister, Marie-Anne Jacques.
She is survived by her son, Giovani Saintiny; daughter, Muriel Frenchy Jacques Saintiny; granddaughter, Natacha Jacques; brothers and sisters, Altagrace, Edwidge, Marie Francois, Paule, Josette, Georgette and brother in law, Serge.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218. Rosary will be held on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 7:00pm, at Sunset Funeral Chapel. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 10:00am at St. Helena Catholic Church, 14714 Edgemont, San Antonio, TX 78247.
