JK, as everyone knew him, was best known for his outstanding military service. He was in WWII, Korean and Vietnam War. His service in the military allowed him and his beloved wife Doris, as well as his children, Randall and Julie, to explore the world.
After his retirement he settled his family in San Antonio, Texas where he has many friends. He enjoyed golf, accomplishing at least two holes in one, he was an avid bowler and at the age of 83, had one score of 300. He was well known for his poker face.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Doris Lee Forman and siblings, Virginia, Imogene, Hamlet, Marjorie, Harry and Hazel. He is survived by his son, Randall Owen Forman and wife Jacqueline; daughter, Julie Beth Forman; grandchildren, Elijah James Forman, Angela Aleman and Bernard Nelson; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. He was well loved and will be missed by all.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
