She was born on April 18, 1956 in Port Lavaca, TX. She was preceded in death by, sister, Darlene Smith Howard.
Cynthia is survived by her husband, Stanley Ross Peterson; children, Aaron Ross Peterson and Kristen Nicole Peterson; brother, Robert Bruce Smith; sisters, Carrie Smith Mueller, Suzanne Smith Jaster and Brucene Smith Galvan; parents, David Bruce Smith and Belle Dunlap Smith; and grandmother, Adela Dunlap.
