Dan Trace "TJ" Detmar, Jr, (30) of San Antonio, went to be with Jesus on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. TJ will forever live in our hearts along with memories of the fierce love he had for his family, especially for his son Kayden. He was a hunter and fisherman to the core, with lots of great memories made at the Lewis family coast house in Rockport for the yearly Detmar vacation.
He was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and always had the best shoes and sunglasses on. He could make any situation brighter with his larger than life personality and contagious smile. He always had everyone around him laughing and he will be missed dearly until we are united together again. He is now healed in Heaven and we are sure he is already country dancing and hunting buck with Jesus.
He is survived by his parents, Dan Trace Detmar, Sr and Sandra Kay Detmar; son, Kayden Jo Detmar and sisters, Stacy Del Greco (Michael) and Melissa Garcia (Lee). Visitation will be on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Porter Loring on McCullough.
