Delores was born in Karnes City and lived most of her life in San Antonio.
Delores worked for many years as a Real Estate broker and especially enjoyed helping young couples buy their first home.
In her later years she loved volunteering at her church, John Calvin Presbyterian.
Delores was preceded in death by her Father, Darrel Pursley; Mother, Jovan Pursley; and her Aunt Fannie Elizabeth Cowen, who raised her.
She is survived by her Husband of 58 years, James Garrett of San Antonio; her Son, James Garrett of Austin; her Sister, Betty Eckert of San Antonio; and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
