Denise Rios

Denise graduated from Incarnate Word High School in 1990 and went on to earn a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Incarnate Word in 1994. In her spare time Denise loved to go country and Tejano dancing with her husband Leonard and watch her Dallas Cowboys win. She could also frequently be found sitting outdoors reading a good book or just enjoying the Texas sunshine. Denise will be forever remembered by all who knew her for her kindness, her generosity to those who needed help and her ability to be grateful even in the hard times.

She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Leonard Rios; stepsons, Brandon and Corey Rios; grandson, Jase Rios; mother, Anna Maria Enriquez; beloved kitty, Stranjer Girl; as well as many extended family members and a lifetime of friends.
