Dennis was an active member of Christ Lutheran Church and a former member of House of Prayer Lutheran Church, where he served in leadership roles at both.
Dennis was a branch manager at A.G. Edwards & Sons for over 30 years. He was an avid Spurs fan and had season tickets since 1977.
Dennis also loved the St. Louis Cardinals and went to Florida every year for spring training. He loved fishing and was a recreational golfer.
Dennis touched the lives of all those he met and was a very kind and loving man.
He was preceded in death by; his parents, Vernon and Alice Kamphoefner. Dennis is survived by his wife, Vicki Kamphoefner; daughters, Kristen Kewitt and husband, Greg, Karen Kamphoefner and fianc, Robert Waters; grandson, Nicholas Neal Kewitt; and countless friends. Dennis was a devoted husband, loving father and caring friend.
He will be dearly missed.
