She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo E. Phillips and sister, Darlene Singleton.
Donna is survived by her brother, Arvene Kreutzer and by her three daughters, Karen and Aaron Kwast, Jean and Ross Robinette, Bernadette and Chuck Pletcher and her son, Bruce Phillips, as well as seven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2012, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
