Dorothy Jane Lemoine

Jane Janecek Lemoine of Boerne, Texas, passed away on June 16, 2008 at the age of 65 after an eight year battle with breast cancer. She was born in San Antonio, Texas, to Elnita and Rudolph Janecek. She was a lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church, and at the time of her death was an active member of St. Mark Presbyterian Church in Boerne. She grew up in San Antonio and attended Alamo Heights schools, graduating from Alamo Heights High School in 1960. She received her BS in Elementary Education from the University of Texas at Austin in 1964, was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha, and at various times taught in schools throughout Texas: Mesquite, San Antonio, McAllen, and El Paso. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Bill Lemoine of Boerne, Texas; her daughter, Jennifer Lemoine Brunk and husband Dave Brunk of The Woodlands, Texas; Craig Lemoine and wife Alissa of Lubbock, Texas; and one grandchild, Ryan Brunk. She is also survived by her brother, Bob Janecek of Beaumont, Texas; and two nephews, David Janecek and Gary Janecek.
