She is survived by her son JB Mayfield, Jr.; daughter, Charleen Goehman; 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218. Funeral service will be held on Thursday October 10, 2013 at 10:30am at Shepard King Lutheran Church, 303 W. Ramsey, San Antonio, TX 78216. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
