Lisa worked in the San Antonio School district for over 25 years as a high school art teacher and then as District Art Supervisor. She was a graduate of Oklahoma University and was a Chi Omega. Lisa later received her Master's Degree in Education from Trinity University. She was involved in many organizations in San Antonio and active in the St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Lisa was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Kefauver.
She is survived by her children, Alexander Tedford Barclay, III and wife, Marilyn of San Antonio, TX, Christopher M. Barclay of San Antonio, TX, Benner M. Barclay of Mandeville, LA and John M. Kefauver, Jr. and wife, Margaret of Alpine, TX. Lisa has 15 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
