She was born November 20, 1911, in Houston, Texas, to Fred and Alice Willford.
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband of 48 years, William James Ross, Sr.; son; John David Ross who died at birth; 2nd husband, James Robert Barclay.
Eloise is survived by her children; William J. Ross of San Antonio and Ann Ross Heer Franzke of Dallas; grandchildren, Michael Glenn Ross, Karen Elizabeth Ross Garrett, Kathryn Heber May, Brian Ross Heber, Bob Franzke, Scott Franzke; and seven great-grandchildren.
