We are saddened of the passing of our brother Enrique (son of Thomas and Lidia Trevino) on Feb. 20, 2021. Enrique was a stern and vibrant brother who graduated Fox Tech H.S. (1974), worked his way through Culinary School at St. Phillips College while as an intern at Selma's Retama Polo Club. There he perfected his craft rising through the ranks as Sous Chef, and finally Head Executive Chef. He further expended his culinary repertoire as Head Executive Chef at St. Mary's Univ. and as Chef at the Argyle Restaurant (SA). After a stint at Frito-Lay Corp., he returned to his passion for cooking as Chef at Our Lady of the Lake Univ. Convent. Enrique always kept creating and perfecting recipes until his final days, and found time for charitable work as a member of San Juan de los Lagos Church. Enrique is survived by sister, Hermelinda, and brothers Gustavo (Misty/David; Jade, Tristan), Alex/Celina (Michael, Rebecca; Rosaline), Raul/Maria (Dominic), and Oscar/Blanca (Genesis, Mathew).
