Epi Martinez, loving father and husband, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at the age of 47. He was born on May 8, 1969 in Mexico City, to parents, Epifanio Martinez and Maria Fernandez de la Vega. Epi loved soccer and always supported his favorite team, Cruz Azul. He was preceded in death by his father. Epi is survived by his wife of 15 years, Nelly Ardavin; children, Julia, Paulina, and Diego; his mother; sister, Maria Martinez; brothers, Rodrigo Martinez and Juan Pablo Martinez; as well as numerous family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 29, 2016, at Porter Loring Mortuary North. A Memorial Mass will take place at a later date.
