Erik Alberto Bernal Garcia

Erik Alberto Bernal Garcia, born August 29, 1977 , in Nueva Rosita, Mexico, was called to be with our Lord on January 1, 2019, at the age of 41. He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandfathers and one grandmother. He is survived by his wife, April Bernal; daughters, Destiny Bernal, Erika Bernal, Imani Bernal; grandson, Giovanni Erik Bernal; grandmother, Irma Hernandez de Garcia; mother, Catalina Silva; father, Raul Bernal Banda; brothers, Raul Bernal Garcia and wife Rosaisela Bernal, Josue M. Bernal and wife Maria E. Bernal, Helaman Bernal and wife Adriana Bernal; sister, Santa Bernal Mendoza, Caludia Bernal Patterson and husband Patrick Patterson; and numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins. He will be truly missed by many family and friends.

The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Alamo Ranch Ward where service will conclude.
