

Erlinda (Linda) was born in Manila, Philippines on August 30, 1929 to Jose and Mercedes Barbaza. She met her husband, Otha Willard, while he was stationed at Clark AB in the Philippines and were married on June 26, 1948.
She had a strong faith in God and was a long-time member of the St. John Neumann Catholic Church where she served on the Altar Guild.
She enjoyed playing Mahjong, cards, making floral arrangements, listening to music, and was an excellent cook and gardener.
Linda was reunited in heaven with her parents, brothers, Ruben, Tony, Rene, Pablo and Edgar and sisters, Maria and Gemma, and beloved husband, Willard, of 59 years.
She is survived by daughters, Ann Keller, Betty Jeanis, Barbara Gunn, and son, Charles Hamilton (Verda), sister, Graziella Evangelista, eleven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other family members and a host of friends.
Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will begin on Tuesday, February 4, at 6:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Hwy, with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 5, at 11:30 a.m. at St. John Neumann, 6680 Crestway.
Private interment will be held at Ft. Sam Houston on February 11, 2025.
