Ernest C. Tousley, age 73, went from his wife's loving arms into God's embrace on Good Friday, April 9, 2004 in San Antonio, TX. Ernie was born in Grainola, OK on September 27, 1930 and lived in the Newkirk OK-Arkansas City, KS area. He came to San Antonio at the invitation of the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He worked in the lumber business and owned Tousely & Sons Lumber Co. He also was involved in land development throughout the San Antonio area. He was most proud, in life, of his relationships with his family and friends, of which he had many. He is survived by his wife, Donna Tousley; children, Bobbie Tousley Tracey, Lori Smith, John Browder Leann, Timothy Tousley, Jeanne Schiebel Craig, Christina Doyal Philip, Tears Grandjean Greg; eighteen grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; one brother, Donald Tousley; numerous cousins, whom he saw regularly at the annual family reunion in Ark City.
