She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Alfred Chaplin; her mother, Minnie King Reid; father, William Brown Bobbitt; stepfather, William Bryant Reid and two brothers, Rev William Brown Bobbitt, Jr. and Jack King Bobbitt. She is survived by a loving daughter, Jacqueline O. Chaplin; countless nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and "special grandchildren".
She was a devoted wife and Mom. She loved the Lord, birds, flowers, politics and the Spurs.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
