Evalyn Traylor Wilkinson, born June 21, 1949, passed away July 13, 2002 after a courageous battle against breast cancer. Evalyn will be remembered for her kind spirit, her generosity, her friendship, her unwavering determination and her years of volunteering. She was an inspiration to so many. Evalyn was the daughter of the late Leonard C. and Doris Traylor. She was the step-daughter of Dorothy Spencer Traylor. Evalyn is survived by her husband of 32 years, Warren S. Wilkinson, Jr.; her daughters, Jennie Wilkinson of Austin and Emily Wilkinson Azar, wife of John Benjamin Azar of San Antonio; her sister, Barbara Traylor Mullins, wife of Robert Mullins of Dallas; and her brother, Richard C. Traylor and his wife, Mary West Adams Traylor of Carrizo Springs; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Evalyn was a member of The First Presbyterian Church, San Antonio Junior League, Battle of Flowers Association, Supper Club, Lantana Garden Club, Jr. Symphony, Cancer Center Council, Southwest Foundation Forum and Los Festivos.
