Frances Bowman, age 78, passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018 in Bedford, Texas. She was born on January 2, 1940 in Savannah, Tennessee, to parents, Charles and Edith Nix Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jackson Bowman. Frances is survived by her son, Douglas Logsdon, his wife, Debra; and granddaughter, Journey.
