

He was born in Susupe, Saipan, to Miguel SM Arriola and Carmen Babauta Castro.
Frank moved to Guam when he was a teenager. He was drafted into the US Army on August 21, 1968. He served in Vietnam from early 1969 to late 1970, receiving the Purple Heart Medal for his combat wounds. He retired from Civil Service under the Department of the Army on June 30, 2002, after 32 years of total service.
Frank is predeceased by his beloved daughter Terena Francette Guzman.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 46 and a half years, Ana Toves Guzman Arriola, and 4 loving children (and spouses): Teresa F. Roper (Darnell), Francis E. Arriola (Sophia), Jon Wayne Arriola, Jeremy R. Arriola, and son-in-law Mario Guzman (husband of Terena). He is additionally survived by 11 loving grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Porter Loring Mortuary North, 2102 N. Loop 1604 East, San Antonio, TX 78232. Due to Covid restrictions, capacity will be limited to 100 people. If that maximum is reached, they will allow one entry with one exit. Masks and social distancing will be required.
