Frank Oliver III

With profound sadness, I announce the passing of my best friend of 51 years, my true love, devoted husband and father, true friend to all whose lives he touched. He passed in peace at the age of 67 at his residence in San Antonio, Texas. He took pride serving his country, earning the special privilege and achieving the senior rank of Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. True to their motto that he lived by Semper Fidelis, Always Faithful, and committed to his family, with inspiration he instilled strong values in his son, Frank Jeremy Jonathan “JJ” Oliver, that have served him and his loving wife, Melanie, well.
