

He is survived by his son, Brian Romero and Grandson Arien Romero; his brother Jimmy Romero and wife Peggy; Sister Frances Kindla and husband Bill; along with several cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Petra Alejandro Romero, father Francisco Romero, and older brother Frank L Romero.
Early in his life, Frank was an incredible athlete and excelled at almost any sport he was involved with from baseball, football, tennis, and golf. His proudest sports accomplishment came when he was part of the 1968 Highlands High School Baseball Team that won the State Championship. With a baseball scholarship to Trinity University in San Antonio, he went on to play college baseball there and obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. After graduation, he was in the Insurance Business where he dealt with various large claims as an Insurance Professional. He loved to talk about the challenges that different cases presented during his career.
Frank was also an avid hunter and fisherman in his leisure time and continued to play golf into his later years. He had a close group of friends dating back to high school that continued to enjoy getting together to go to dinner, play golf, or go fishing together.
