Frederick Graham Davis III, born on November 7, 1929 in Norfolk, Virginia entered into rest on June 2, 2011 at the age of 81. He retired from the US Army Air Corp, USAF in 1967 and then started his 17 year career with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office. Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick & Inez Davis.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Minerva Kay Davis; daughter, Sheryl Lynn Dunphey & husband Frederick; sons, Mark Wayne Davis & wife Jennifer Christina, and Kevin Dwain Davis; grandsons, Justin Wayne Davis and Conner Wayne Davis; sister, Ellen D. Lang; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 9:45 am on Friday, June 19, 2011 at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
