Garrion Chester Davis, age 87, passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on March 28, 1934, in Hatchel, Texas to Chester and Lucille (Branham) Davis. He lived in San Antonio and worked at Kelly AFB where he retired after 35 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nelda; and brother Butch. He is survived by his wife, Hazel Davis; brothers, Don Davis and Elbert Davis and wife Rose; sister-in-law, Carol Davis; and sister, Maudean Davis. He is also survived by daughter, Darlene Johnson; son, Garrion Davis Jr.; stepdaughters, Melissa Reiff and husband Craig, and Belinda Essey; and six grandchildren, Ian Johnson, Carley M. Madi, Mason Reiff, Preston Reiff, Jessica Johnson, and Logan Reiff. The family will receive friends from 6:30p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Monday, September 27, 2021, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
