George E. Bay, Jr. was born in Jacksonville, Florida on May 20, 1947 to George E. Bay Sr. & Frances E. (Moyer) and entered into eternal rest on November 17, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas. He served in the United States Army and worked for the United Postal Service. Surviving are his father, George E. Bay, Sr.; wife, Carmen; daughters, Audrey Foy (Beau), Jennifer Rios (Pete) , Laura Patton (Clint); grandchildren, Amelie Arispe, Zoe Foy, Emma Patton, Elizabeth Rios, Zachary Foy, Samuel Patton; sister, Connie Bay Gregory. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2012 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel, Reverend Brandon Fender, Officiating. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
