

He was preceded in death by siblings, Ernesto Cisneros, Maria Irma Lucas, Ruben Cisneros, and Raul Cisneros. Also preceded in death by the love of his life concha.
George spent his early years in Brownsville before moving to Akron, Ohio, where he graduated from South High School. He then served his country as a member of the United States Army, including a tour in Vietnam. After his military service, George moved to San Antonio, Texas, where he met and married Maria Concepcion Dominguez, known as concha, who later took his last name of Cisneros, Together, they had three children: Jorge Antonio Cisneros, Rosa Irene Cisneros, and Pablo Ernesto Cisneros.
He is survived by his children Jorge, Rosa, and Pablo, five grandchildren: Brittnie Pabla Cisneros, Victor Matias Garcia Jr., Emelia Maria Garcia, Victoria Rose Garcia and Julius Anthony Cisneros, siblings, Rosa Rainville, Rosalinda Morris(David), Lucilla Ledbetter-Fuller, and Linda Hahn (jerry).
A visitation for George will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211 with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211 with Military honors to follow at 1:30PM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209.
