Gerald Wayne Dunn

Gerald Wayne Dunn, age 74, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. Gerald was born November 27, 1946 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to George Wesley & Edna Pauline Dunn. He graduated from Cape Girardeau Central High School in 1964. Gerald honorably served his country in the Air Force for over 26 years. After retiring from the military, he began a career of over 20 years in auto sales with North Park Dealership where he won multiple awards including top salesman of the year. Gerald and Betty married on October 16, 1966 and enjoyed 39 years together. He was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church. Gerald was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jane Dunn; and his father. He is survived by his mother; daughter, Lori Dunn; son, James Dunn; 6 grandchildren; sisters, Carmen Jones (Gerrie) and Kathy Lewis (John); and numerous extended family members & friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., Monday, January 4, 2021, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.

Dr. Doug Diehl will officiate. Interment with Full Military Honors will follow in Mission Burial Park North. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
