Gerald "Jerry" Lynn Griffith, beloved husband, father and grandfather, age 71, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 20, 2018 in San Antonio. A lifelong San Antonian, he was the son of James Ralph Griffith, Sr. and Florence Griffith. He was preceded in death by his parents. Jerry is survived by his wife, Virginia "Ginny" Griffith; daughters, Jill Dolde and husband Steven, and Jenna Garcia and husband PJ; 3 grandchildren, Aiden Garcia, Miles Garcia, and Nathan Dolde; 3 brothers, James Ralph Griffith, Jr., Lawrence Griffith and wife Karen, and Donald Griffith and wife Yvonne; 2 sisters, Vickie Griffith and Shari Griffith; as well as his lovable dog, Spencer. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 7, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
