LT.Col. Gerald V. Jewell USAF Ret, loving husband and father, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 4, 2007.
Gerald was born to James and Geraldine Jewell on December 31, 1929.
His wife, Irene of 53 years and his three children Pamela, James and Gary were at his bedside when he passed away. In addition to his wife and children, Gerald is survived by his daughter-in-law, Ellen; his six grandchildren, Adrienne, Jessica, Sarah, Abigail, Emily and Martin; his sister, Pat Seidensticker; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Gerald served his country as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force. Following his retirement from the Air Force, he taught math at Holy Spirit School and St. Mary's Hall.
Gerald will be missed by his family and friends.
