He was born January 20, 1917, in Hunter, North Dakota, to Frank and Hilda Hoganson Eberhardt.
Harry proudly served his country in the US Army, with General Patton, during WW II, and earned a Bronze Star.
A loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all, Harry will greatly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Harry is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Veronica May Eberhardt; children, Harry G. Eberhardt, Jr. and wife, Barbara, Theresa Eberhardt, Charles E. Eberhardt and wife, Cathleen, Tracy Eberhardt Schneider; grandchildren, Michael, Heather and Jason; great-grandchildren, Tanner, Madison, Baleigh, McKenna, Mason and Alyssa.
In addition, on November 20, 2007, the Lord closed one door with Harry's death, but opened another with the birth of his great-granddaughter, Madeleine, who was born to his granddaughter, Aimee.
A private service will take place at a later date.
At the family's request, they would prefer not to receive flowers.
