

Harry was born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania on March 27, 1918 to Ladomir and Fannie Senczakowicz.
He was a WWII veteran, having served in the 102nd Infantry Division of the US Army from March 1941 to October 1945. After the war, Harry worked for the Straus Frank Company in San Antonio before obtaining a position in the Civil Service at Kelly Air Force Base, where he worked for the Air Force Logistics Command for 29 years until his retirement. Harry was best known, however, for his positive outlook on life, his volunteerism and the time he spent visiting and caring for others.
Harry was preceded in death by, his parents, five siblings, and two wives, Georgia Turner Sinco and Katherine Piercy Lewis Sinco.
Harry will be sorely missed.
Harry is survived by his brother, Andrew; sisters, Mary, Ann, and Helen; daughter, Linda Gurene; son, Russell Sinco; daughter-in-law, Pamela Sinco; three grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces.
Harry will be truly missed by his friends and fellow residents at the Independence Hill Retirement Community in north San Antonio where he lived for the past 6 years. Harry will also be missed by his many friends in Freemasonry. He was a 33 Mason and participated for over 50 years in many local Masonic bodies, including Scottish Rite, York Rite, Alzafar Shrine, and DeMolay. He is a past Worshipful Master of Albert Pike Lodge and received numerous awards and honors including Knight Commander Court of Honor, Order of the Purple Cross, Knight York Cross of Honor, Knight Commander Red Branch of Eri, and the DeMolay Honorary Legion of Honor.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 25th, 2010 at Porter Loring Mortuary located on 1101 McCullough Ave., San Antonio, Texas, 78212.
