Hector C. Estrada

Hector C. Estrada born on August 4, 1941 in Anahuac, Nuevo Leon, MEX went to be with the Lord on March 20, 2013 at the age of 71. He was a very loving and caring husband, father, and grandfather. Hector’s world revolved around his four grandchildren. He was an extremely helpful and generous man that everyone could count on. He was a quick thinker and problem solver with a creative and artistic mind. He worked for Church’s Manufacturing Company as a welder for over 20 years. He is preceded in death by his parents Raul and Rosenda Estrada; brother, Arturo Estrada and sister, Dora Ortiz. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Elizabeth Y. Estrada; daughters, JoAnn E. Preciado (Pedro),Liz Rodriguez (Mario); grandchildren, Hector, Andrew, Rebecca, and Emily; brothers and sisters, Ruben, Olga, Rosa Ilda, Irma, Rudy, Yolanda, and Gloria; also, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held Sunday March 24,2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. A procession will depart from the funeral home on Monday March 25, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. for a Mass of the Resurrection at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No.2.
