Isaias Camacho Tristan

Isaias Camacho Tristan, was born November 10, 1984 in San Antonio, Tx and died on February 11, 2021 in Round Rock, Tx. A graduate of William Howard Taft High School in San Antonio, Tx, he later received his bachelor's degree from Texas State University in 2010 with a degree in kinesiology. He worked in his beloved profession as a teacher and coach for five years for Del Rio Consolidated Independent School District, and three years for Del Valle Independent School District. His passions included sneakers, cocktails, BBQ, video games, and co-hosting a podcast entitled The South Kongress Podcast.

He is survived in life by his parents, Irene Camacho Tristan and David Tristan; maternal grandmother, Estanislada G. Camacho; his sister, Diana Briseno; brother-in-law, John Briseno; their children Dominic Briseno, Isla Briseno, John Roman Briseno, and Eisley Rey Briseno. He is also survived by his half-brother, David Tristan, Jr.; sister-in-law, Wendy Tristan; and their children Anna Stackpole, Amber Tristan, and Elena Tristan, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He also leaves behind his girlfriend, Stephanie Islands and her daughter Natalie McNeal.

Services in celebration of his life are as follows: The Holy Rosary to our Blessed Mother will be prayed on Sunday, March 14, at 7:00 pm at Porter Loring Mortuary located at 1101 McCullough Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78212. The Mass of Resurrection will be held on Monday, March 15 at 11:00 am at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church, located at 907 W. Theo Ave., San Antonio, TX 78225. Both the Rosary and Mass of Resurrection will be livestreamed below.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, March 14,2021, at Porter Loring Mortuary.
