Jan Hall, 78, passed away on December 13, 2017 in San Antonio. She died peacefully in her sleep at her home after a long struggle with pancreatic cancer. She was born in Miles City, Montana and was raised with her brother, Jack, in Forsyth, Montana by her parents, Marci and Jack Clifford. She was married to Arthur D. Hall in Forsyth, Montana in 1968. They were stationed by the Air Force in Great Falls, MT; Oxford, OH; Montgomery, AL; and San Antonio, where they raised their children Jeff (Maria), Kris (Paul), and Amy (Matt).
A gathering for friends and family in remembrance of Jan Hall will be held Thursday, December 21 from 7-9pm at their home.
A memorial service will be held at the University United Methodist Church (UUMC) 5084 De Zavala Road on December 22, 2017 at 10:30 a.m., where her work as lead receptionist made visitors and members alike feel welcome. For those unable to attend the memorial service, it will be live-streamed on the church's website.
Instead of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the UUMC Pastors' Discretionary Fund or to The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
