Janet M. Boutchia, 77, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019 surrounded by family in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in Boston, MA, to James and Dorothy Fowler (Stewart). She was proceeded in death by her loving husband of 41 years, Alfred James Boutchia and her brother Robert Fowler.
Janet is survived by her daughter, Linda Tepfenhart (Paul); son
Mark Boutchia (Margaret); grandchildren, Steven, Brad, Tyler and Katie Tepfenhart, Lindsay and Matthew Boutchia; sister, Paula Beaudoin; brother, David Fowler (Ann); sister-in-law, Charlotte Daley.
Janet attended Chandler Secretarial School in Boston, MA. She was a faithful and active member at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Gaithersburg, MD where she served on many committees. She was a loving mother and grandmother to six grand children.
A memorial service will be held at 9:15 AM on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 in the chapel at Franklin Park Sonterra, 18323 Sonterra Pl., San Antonio, Texas 78258
