Jason Luke Carlin

March 29, 2016 – March 8, 2018

Jason Luke Carlin passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 in San Antonio. Jason earned his cape wings and went to sit on the throne with Jesus. This courageous little boy fought for his life for ten months with the help of his family and the medical team at Methodist Children's Hospital. The impact Jason left here on earth will carry on further than his little earthly body allowed.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Regino and Christine Carlin.

Jason is survived by his loving Parents Samuel & Maurisa Carlin, Big Brother Tyson, maternal Grandparents Sam & Angie Gutierrez, Aunt Ashley Gutierrez, Uncle Gino Carlin and his wife Alyssa, Aunt Christal Keammerer and her husband Matthew.

The family would like to extend their utmost gratitude and love to the Bone Marrow Transplant team of physicians, PICU Intensivists, Nephrology team, nurses, and staff at Methodist Children's Hospital for the loving care given to Jason.
