

Jason was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to Jeffrey and Michele Colian on January 27, 1978. Jason graduated from Penn Cambria High School in 1996 and from the Community College of the Air Force with two associate degrees in Information Systems Management and Cyberspace Operations.
Jason proudly served 20 years in the United States Air Force and retired from Lackland AFB in August 2016 as a Master Sergeant. Post retirement he was employed with SAIC and most recently was the Chief Operating Officer for STAG (Strategic Technologies Analytics Group).
Jason will be remembered for his 20 years of dedicated and distinguished service in the United States Air Force. He loved coaching sports and Penn State football.
He will be remembered for his leadership and volunteering in service organizations. He fiercely loved his family and friends.
Jason is preceded in death by grandparents Beverly and Jane Hatch, Albert and Dolores Colian and brother Bevin Colian.
Jason is survived by his wife Liz, parents Jeffrey and Michele Colian, brother Nathan Colian, in-laws Mark and Susan Gage; sister-in-laws Lauren (Rob) Blankenship; Kristen (Keith) Rising and his nieces Addison and Sophia Depriest and Katelyn, Kelsey and Katherine Rising.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Sunset Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Sunset Funeral Home.
Memorials may be given to The Gary Sinise Foundation in honor of Jason.
