They became good friends and Jeff hired her to assist him with things at his new home as his health was declining due to a congenital lung disease that he and his siblings were born with. Over a 2-year period, they became best friends, and in 2001 they realized their love for each other and married May 13th.
His health rapidly declined and 7 mths. to the day, December 13th, he had a Double Lung Transplant.
Within 2 yrs Jeff was playing golf again and enjoying all the wonderful things he loved in life.
Jeff and Nanette served in their church as Co-Leaders and Host Home of their Small Group, and Jeff served on The Graphics Team. Jeff was a lover of life and lived it to the fullest, as long as his health permitted.
