Jeremy was born on November 1, 1989 in Laredo to Ricardo Vazquez and Elisabeth C. Vazquez.
Jeremy had been a resident of San Antonio for more than ten years. He graduated from Churchill Hill School and was attending Northwest Vista College in San Antonio.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Emilianne D. Dieudonne and Maurice Campion.
Jeremy is survived by his parents, Ricardo and Elisabeth Vazquez; brothers, Jonathan and Anthony Vazquez; paternal grandparents, Jorge and Leonor R. Vazquez; aunt, Nonie Vazquez; uncles, Jorge Vazquez, Jr. and his wife Lourdes and Didier Campion and his wife Lilly, several cousins and extended family.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., Thursday, June 3rd at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
