Jesus F. Torrez went to be with our Lord on September 25, 2011 at the age of 77. He was preceded in death by his parents Nicolas and Marina Torrez; brothers, Pablo Torrez, Joe Torrez, Robert Torrez, Nicolas Torrez, Jr.; sisters, Juanita Torrez, Leonor Ramos and Christina Jimenez. Mr. Torrez is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Lazaro Torrez (Mary), Simon Torrez (Rosa), Marcario Torrez (Rosa); sisters and brothers-in-law, Louisa Flores, Ofelia Rocha (Natividad), Nicolasa Diaz, Marina Hernandez (Joe), Maria Elena Rubio (Raul) and Gloria Tijerina (Carlos). Visitation will begin 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 29, 2011 with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. A chapel service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 30, 2011 at the funeral home. Interment to follow in San Fernando No.2 Cemetery.
