Jesus P. Vargas went to be with the Lord on February 5, 2011 at the age of 74. He is survived by his wife Maria G. Vargas; step-sons, Henry, Steve and Mario; sisters, Mary Lou and Juanita; brother, Carlos; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will begin 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a prayer service to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Visitation will continue 8:00 a.m. Thursday, February 10, 2011 at the funeral home with a departure at 9:00 a.m. for interment in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.Arrangements under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, San Antonio, TX.
