Joe David de Constancio y Salazar I passed away March 18, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas, following a lengthy illness. Joe David was born April 28, 1973 in Lubbock, Texas to Joe D. Salazar and Sandra Jane Constancio Salazar.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joe D. Salazar.
Joe is survived by his children, Matthew Jae Salazar, Madelyn Salazar and Mallory Salazar- all of San Antonio. He is survived by mother, Sandra Salazar Smith and her husband, Martin Smith of San Antonio; brother, Matthew Salazar and his wife, Rowena Salazar; nephew, Ramon Salazar; and nieces, Marisa Salazar and Maya Salazar of Firestone, Colorado.
Per Joe David's wishes, his body will be cremated.
The family requests that no flowers be sent and that friends contribute to The Cure Tay-Sachs Foundation or NTSAD in honor of Joe David.
