John Edwin Franke, age 82, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. John was born November 29, 1932 in Austin, Texas to Edwin and Edith Franke. He was the owner/operator of Franke Home Handyman and Remodeling.
John is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jane.
He is survived by his wife, Marilynn Franke; daughter, Debra Franke and husband, Robert Flory and daughter Diana Jenkins; grandchildren, Rachel Jenkins (Shawn Strange) and Jennifer Jenkins; brother, Curtis Franke and wife, Carra.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Porter Loring North.

Interment with Military Honors will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
