I wanted to be at the rosary for your dad tonight, but I had a conflict - one of our Marianist Sisters died, and we had a rosary for her at Roy Akers on Main St. at the same time you were having your dad's rosary. Being a priest, you'll understand that I won't be able to make the funeral Mass, because I have a baptism tomorrow morning at 10:00a. But I didn't want to just be a "no-show" at the rosary and funeral of a man that I talked to many times about your grades when you were a sophomore at CCHS! Again, condolences to you and your family! Libby Family, May God be with each and every one of you during this most difficult time. Mr. Libby has gone to be with our Lord Jesus and Father God in heaven, and he will be greatly missed here on earth. Mr. Libby was such an inspiration to me and the other children at St. Anthony's and Central Catholic. I remember his presence at all of the sporting events and school functions, and how proud he was of his children and all of their friends. Those great times and memories will remain with me forever.
