John was preceded in death his mother, Lynette Schwaush and wife, Julie Nance.
John is survived by his father, John D. Nance; his mother-in-law; Helen M. Doege; sisters, Omie Dannell and Violet Kossaeth; his daughter, Samantha Nance, his grandchildren Forrest, John-Patrick and Julia; his daughters, Suzanne Nance Gilstrap, Sherry Nance Anderson and Rhonda Nance, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a host of friends and extended family.
Pastor Robert Palan will be officiating. Interment will be in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
