Josefina Aponte went to be with the Lord March 21, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 88. She was born November 11, 1927, in Comerio, Puerto Rico to Carmelo and Josefa Aponte. Josefina was preceded in death by her five siblings: Carmen Delia, Jose Manuel, Pilar, Carlos Enrique, and Concepcion. Josefina had two daughters, Catherine Josefina (Cary) and Rosa Maria Abril (Biri). She was blessed with five grandchildren: Thefi Clayton, Marcos Aurelio and Ivan Jose Odio, Manuel David and Natalia Gonzalez. She was also blessed with five great grandchildren: Nevan and Ryder Galloway, Jax Clayton, Ivley and Avin Odio. Her voice and her smile will remain in everyone's heart.
