Juan R. De Leon

Juan Ramirez De Leon, born on April 12, 1933 went to be with our Lord on January 16, 2020 at the age of 86. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Juan and Jesusita De Leon; parents, Manuel and Lucia De Leon; siblings, Ector, Reynaldo, Maria and Adelfa. Juan is survived by his beloved wife, Paula Muzquiz De Leon; children, Maria De Leon Serna, Adelita De Leon Winters (Stephen), Paula Eva De Leon Hizon (Manuel), Juan Jose Gumerindo De Leon; adopted children, Hector Galvan, Robie Mandragon and Arturo Serna; grandchildren, Marissa Marie Finnerty (Timothy Finnerty), Adelita Lee Maynay Hizon, Akiko Marie Hizon, Rosalina Kimiko Hizon, Paula Satchiko Hizon (Kevin Ha), Sylvina Serna, Shiela Serna, Trevor De Leon, Arturo Serna, Jr. and Katrina De Leon; great-grandchildren, Adonijah Hizon Garcia, Ariel Alexander Hizon Garcia, Autumn Serna Sutton, Lily Serna Sutton, Landon Finnerty, Olivia Finnerty, Tucker Finnerty, Bentley Smith and Delilah Emerald De Leon; siblings, Victor, Luis, Daniel, Salome and Leandra. Juan enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and shopping. He retired from San Antonio Water System and he was also a member of the Royal Rangers. He will truly be missed by family and friends. Visitation will be on Friday January 24, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home on 226 Cupples Rd. San Antonio, TX 78237 with the Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Saturday January 25, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Service at Life Church located at 4424 SW Loop 410 San Antonio, TX 78227. Interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park.
