Juanita A. Aguilar

Juanita A. Aguilar, 78, went to be with Our Lord on August 28, 2013. She was born on January 22, 1935 to Juan and Virginia Reyes Aguirre in Yorktown, Texas, and was the youngest of 9 children. She married Ramon Aguilar on November 2, 1952, and started their family in San Antonio, Texas. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Ramon Aguilar, grandson, Andrew Aguilar Garcia, and siblings Eddie Aguirre, Henry Aguirre, Eulalo Aguirre, Trinidad Camargo, and Rosa Quellar. Juanita is survived by her sisters Ramona Garcia, Ignacia Acuna, and Consuelo Camargo; children: Ramon Aguilar Jr., Luis Aguilar, Maria Jasso & husband Raul, Diana Diaz & husband Valentino, Ruben Aguilar & Maria, Daniel Aguilar & wife Dora, Sandra Garcia & husband Benny, JoAnn Guerrero, Anthony Aguilar & wife Lisa; 32 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Juanita was a loving wife and mother, who always put others before herself. She was loved by her family & friends and will be missed tremendously. Viewing will be held at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Road at 1 pm on Monday, Sept 2, with a Rosary Service to follow at 7 pm. A Memorial Mass will take place at 10 am, Tuesday, Sept 3 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery #2
