Jude Joseph Magaro

Jude Joseph Magaro was a loving father and devoted husband. Jude was born September 3, 1963 and was called to our Lord on October 20, 2001. Jude was born in San Antonio, TX, graduated from Harlingen High School in 1981, received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas - Pan American and his Master's degree in Entomology from Texas A&M University. Jude was a member of the Corps of Cadets while at Texas A&M University. Jude and Betty Jean Padilla were married on December 29, 1984 in Harlingen, TX. Jude's passion and hobbies were taking his sons fishing, enjoying the time spent with them while fishing, singing and playing his guitar. Jude was an employee of Monsanto Corp. Jude was preceded in death by his father, Salvatore Magaro, and mother-in-law, Maria G. Padilla. Jude is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Padilla; and sons, Jude Jr., age 10, and Noah, age 6. He is also survived by his mother, Joyce Fritz Magaro; brother, Jeremiah; sister-in-law, Sherry; nephew, Zachary; sister, Lisa Smith; niece, Molly DeReese; nephew, Dylan DeReese; and his maternal grandmother, Johnnie Mae Greer. Jude is also survived by his father-in-law, Alvin, G. Padilla, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Rose Padilla, and Dorothy Hinojosa and her husband Eliel; nephew Eliel, Jr.; niece, Nicole; brothers-in-law, Carl Padilla and Alvin G. Padilla, III.
